Gujarat Moulding Work

Our workshop is located in Shashtri Laghu Udhyognagar, over in the Tavdipura area. It is a small space where we do all our moulding work, and it is usually quite cluttered with materials and finished pieces. We are not a big high-tech factory with robots or anything like that. We use older machines that we have learned to maintain ourselves over the years. The lighting isn't the greatest in the back corner, so we use portable lamps when we are doing the fine detailing on a new mould. It is a messy job, and there is always a layer of dust on the workbenches no matter how often we clean them. Most of us live within walking distance of Tavdipura, so we do not have to worry about the city traffic too much. You can hear the sounds of hammers and drills from every building on our street because everyone here is making something. We do not have a receptionist or a proper sign out front. People just walk in through the big open door if they need to talk to us. We handle small batches of work for local clients who know our faces. We do not have a website or any promotional brochures. We just spend our time focused on the moulds and making sure the shapes come out right. It is just a small, local unit where we work hard and go home tired.
