You can find us at 8/B in the Raat Rani Bunglows. We are tucked behind the Aaryaman Awas Flats in the Ramdev Nagar area of Satellite, Ahmedabad. It’s actually a pretty quiet spot compared to the main roads nearby. The office is basically a converted bungalow, so it feels a bit more like a home than a corporate building. We handle a lot of the mineral development paperwork here. There are stacks of files on most of the desks because there is always something to track or a permit to look over. Ahmedabad can get incredibly dusty, so we are constantly cleaning the windows. Most of the staff has been here for years, and we have a routine that works for us. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. Sometimes the power flickers, but we just restart the computers and keep moving. It's not a place where you'll find marble floors or anything like that. It's just a practical space where we get the day's work done. The parking can be a bit tight when everyone arrives in the morning, especially if there are visitors. We just make it work. Living and working in this part of Gujarat means you get used to the pace of things. It’s a solid group of people here just trying to stay on top of the mining business. Sometimes the stray dogs sleep near the gate in the shade.
