Gujarat Mavhinry Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot No. 524 in the GIDC area of Vatva. We are in Phase II, which is quite a large section of the industrial zone. Our building is mostly taken up by the workshop where we keep all the equipment. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the parts and tools lying around. We’ve been in Vatva for quite a few years now, and we’ve seen the industrial estate grow around us. The work we do is mostly about keeping the machines in good shape and handling the orders that come in. It’s noisy and there’s always grease on someone’s hands. We don’t really have a lobby for visitors; you usually just walk into the main work area. The office is just a small corner with a couple of desks. We focus on the practical side of things. If something needs fixing or putting together, we just get to it. The staff here are mostly local guys who know their way around a wrench. We don’t bother with big speeches or corporate stuff. We just stay at plot 524 and do our jobs. Sometimes the power goes out or the trucks are late, but we manage to keep things moving. It’s a solid place to work and we’ve been part of the Vatva community for a long time. It isn't always easy but we make it work.
