Gruhsobha Furniture (Vastrapur)

We are located at Shop No 2/3 in Camps Corner. It is right across from the Prahladnagar Auda Garden on the 100 Ft Ring Road. Being in the Satellite area means there is always a lot of noise from the traffic. From our window, we see people going for their morning walks in the park and then the rush of office people later on. The shop is full of different furniture pieces we have put out. We spend a lot of time shifting things around to make more room. It is a constant cycle of dusting off the glass and polishing the wood because the road outside kicks up so much grit. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoon, so we have to be careful where we put the leather sofas. It gets quite warm inside during the summer months despite our best efforts. We mostly just keep ourselves busy with the inventory or talking to people who wander in after their stroll in the garden. It is a decent spot, though the parking out front can be a real pain during peak hours. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We just keep doing our thing, moving chairs and tables and hoping the traffic isn’t too bad when we head home. It is a straightforward business and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is.
