Grasim Industries Limited

We are located over at Someswera Complex II in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad. It’s right near the Jodhpur Cross Road, which gets pretty crowded during the rush hours, so getting into the office can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Most of us here at Grasim Industries Limited have been working out of this B Block spot for a while now. It’s a decent space, nothing too fancy, just desks and filing cabinets where we keep everything organized. We handle the daily operations and whatever comes through the door from this part of Gujarat. People usually find us easily because the landmark is so well known around here. The office has big windows but the sun can be quite strong in the afternoons. We try to keep things moving smoothly even when the phones are ringing non-stop. It’s mostly just paperwork and making sure the orders are processed without any mistakes. We have a small pantry where we take our tea breaks and talk about the day. It’s a regular workplace with real people trying to do their jobs well. Sometimes the lift in the complex is slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Being in 73, B Block means we are right in the middle of a lot of other businesses too. It’s a busy environment but we have a good rhythm going. We don’t really do much talking about ourselves, we just stay focused on the tasks on our desks.
