We’ve been working out of Nandanvan Apartment for quite some time now. If you know the area in New Wadaj, we are right across from Saurabh High School. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. My father started things small and we just kept going with what we knew. We handle a lot of the day-to-day paperwork and planning right from this office at D-25296. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it's quiet enough to actually get some coffee. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files piled up. People around here know where to find us if they have questions about their property or need help with some local documentation. We try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. Usually, it's just a couple of us here making sure the projects stay on track. We've seen New Wadaj change a lot over the years. Buildings going up, shops closing, and new ones opening. It’s home for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in town, just reliable enough so people come back or tell their neighbors. It's mostly about getting the job done right and making sure the math adds up at the end of the month. If you're passing by the school, you'll see our sign. It's nothing flashy, just the name Goyal & Co. Ltd on the door.
