You can find Unique Infraspace Pvt Ltd over on New Prahladnagar Road. That street gets pretty busy during the day, so there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been set up here for a good bit now. Most people know us as just a local outfit doing construction work. It isn't anything fancy inside. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of maps and drawings scattered around. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We spend a lot of time on the road visiting sites, so the office might feel empty at times. That’s just how this business is. You can't really get things built if you stay sitting in a chair all day. We deal with all sorts of local projects. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but we like being part of what's happening in this part of town. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. It is just us doing the daily grind. We try to be honest about how long things take. Construction is messy and unpredictable. We've seen it all, from late deliveries to bad weather. We just keep at it and try to get the job done. That is basically who we are, just people working hard on this road. We don’t need much else besides some good plans and a bit of luck with the weather.
