Shiv Infraspace

Shiv Infraspace is located right across from Simandhar Status. It’s a busy area near Prathna Lavish, so there is always something going on outside our office windows. We moved here to be closer to the new residential projects that are popping up everywhere. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to get things done and store our equipment. We have a couple of computers that are a few years old and a lot of paper notebooks scattered around. We find it easier to write things down by hand sometimes rather than typing everything. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on supply deliveries that come in. It can get pretty loud with all the traffic on the main road, but we are used to the noise by now. We don't use big words or fancy presentations when people come in. If someone wants to see what we do, we just take them to the actual building site nearby. The guys in the office are all local, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick lunch around this neighborhood. We try to keep our workspace tidy, but with all the blueprints and samples of tiles and bricks lying around, it usually looks a bit lived-in. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who have been working together for a long time. We find that being honest about timelines and costs is much better than making big promises.
