We’ve set up shop on Vande Matram Road. It’s a decent spot for Kaushalya Real Estate Developers. We spend most of our time talking to people about where they want to live or what kind of space they need for their business. It isn't always easy to find the right plot or the right building, but we try to keep things moving. We aren't into those big, flashy sales pitches you see on TV. We’d rather just sit down and look at the numbers and the maps. The road outside can get pretty loud during rush hour, but inside we’re usually just going over contracts or checking on project status. Our team is small. We know each other well and we know the area even better. We've seen this part of town change a lot over the last few years. New shops and houses popping up everywhere. We’re part of that change, I guess. We take our work seriously, but we don't act like we're something we're not. We are just local developers trying to do a solid job for the community. Sometimes the weather slows us down or a delivery gets delayed, but that's just part of life in real estate. We don't promise the world, we just promise to show up and do the work. It's a living and we're glad to be doing it here every day with people we know.
