We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. We're a smaller group of people who know how to put a building together and manage the process from start to finish. Our days are filled with looking at site reports, talking to contractors, and making sure the supplies show up when they're supposed to. Sometimes things go smoothly, and other times we're dealing with rain or supply chain issues that slow us down. That's just how construction is. We don't spend much on big ads or fancy signs. Most of our business happens because someone saw a project we finished and asked who built it. We sit in the office and go over the numbers and the designs until they make sense. It’s a lot of practical work and staying on top of the small details that other people might skip. We've been doing this long enough to know that being honest about the timeline is better than making promises we can't keep. It's a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when you're balancing three different jobs at once, but we like seeing a building actually stand up. It's decent work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
