Devbhumi Developers has been operating out of Silver Gardenia for a while now. You can find us right on the S.g. Highway, which is a pretty loud and fast-moving place to be. It makes getting around easy, though, since we're right on the main stretch. Most days we are busy looking at site plans or talking to workers on the phone. It's just a few of us in the office, so things can get a bit hectic when several things happen at once. We handle local development projects around this side of town. The highway has grown so much since we first moved into this building. It’s hard to remember when there wasn't so much traffic out front. We aren't big on flashy meetings. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of tea and figure out the schedule for the week. Sometimes things go according to plan, and other times we have to fix mistakes or deal with delays. That’s just how the building business works. We like being in the Silver Gardenia building because it’s easy for people to find us. If you’re driving down the S.G. Highway, you can’t really miss the turnoff. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us doing the work and trying to keep everything moving forward. We've built up a decent rhythm over the years, just sticking to what we know.
