Glydex Pharmaceutical

Our place is located in the Maruti Complex at C/4, right near Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan on Naroda Road. It’s a very busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the street and trucks going by. We handle pharmaceutical products, which means we spend a lot of our time making sure everything is clean and following the strict rules. It’s not a huge operation, just a dedicated group of us working in the lab and the office. We don't really go for the flashy branding you see with the big drug companies. We just focus on making sure the medicines are made correctly and safely. The white coats are part of the daily uniform here. It can be a bit repetitive, measuring things out and checking labels, but it has to be done right. We’ve been in this building for several years now and we know the other business owners in the complex. Sometimes the smell of the chemicals is a bit much, so we open the windows when we can. We don't have a fancy reception area with a coffee machine. It’s just a practical workspace where we get things done. Most of our day is spent on paperwork or looking through microscope slides. We try to keep things simple and stay out of the way of the big corporate drama. It’s a steady job and we appreciate the people we work with every day in Naroda.
