We are located at 1, Hasubhai Chamber, which is quite close to the Town Hall and Ellis Bridge. It’s a part of Ahmedabad that has a lot of history, and you can feel that when you walk around the neighborhood. Our work is all about lenses. We spend a lot of time looking through glass and making sure everything is clear. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the job done. There are machines that hum in the background and desks where people are focused on small details. Sometimes the traffic near the bridge gets so backed up that we can hear the horns all the way inside. We’ve been in this building for quite some time, so we know the other tenants well. It’s a bit of a trek to get through the city sometimes, but once we’re here, the routine takes over. We don't put on any acts for customers. We just explain what can be done with their lenses and how long it will take. Dust is our biggest enemy here, so we are always cleaning surfaces. It’s a quiet kind of business for the most part. We handle orders for different types of glasses and make sure they get sent out to where they need to go. Every day is pretty much the same, but that’s how we like it because it means things are running smoothly.
