Our place is located at Dwarkesh, right on Uttamnagar Road in Maninagar. It’s a busy spot near Jawahar Chowk, so there’s always something happening outside the door. If you know Jalaram Plaza, we are basically right across from there. The shop is filled with all sorts of small things like hinges, locks, and boxes of screws. It can get a bit crowded when we get a big delivery and have to find space for everything on the shelves. We’ve been in this part of Maninagar for some time. Dealing with hardware means your hands are never really clean, there’s always a bit of grease or metal dust. We get all sorts of people coming in, some know exactly what nut or bolt they need, others just bring a broken part and ask if we have something like it. It's a simple shop, nothing too fancy to look at. We spend a lot of time just sorting through drawers and making sure we haven't run out of the basics. The traffic on Uttamnagar Road can be a real headache during peak hours, but that's just how it is here. We stay open pretty regular hours. It’s honest work, helping people fix their doors or finish a small project at home. Sometimes it’s quiet, sometimes three people want different things at once. We just handle it as it comes. It's just us here, keeping the shelves stocked and the counter clear for the next person.
