Dint-tech Control Pvt. Ltd. is located over in C2/1, Phase 2. We don’t have a big flashy sign out front, just a plain one. Our workspace is pretty much what you’d expect for a control systems place. There are tools everywhere and parts scattered on the benches. We spend most of our time looking at technical drawings or soldering things. It’s a quiet kind of work most of the time. Phase 2 is a bit out of the way, which suits us fine. We don’t get a lot of foot traffic, just people coming in for specific orders. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office besides the computers. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who know our way around the equipment. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for days, but eventually, we figure it out. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people who know us have worked with us for a long time. It’s about being reliable more than anything else. We keep the floor as clean as we can, but it’s a working shop, so there’s always a bit of a mess. We just focus on getting the controls right and making sure they work when they leave the shop. It’s practical, everyday engineering without any of the fancy titles or corporate meetings that slow things down.
