This is the place where Sarojben Divyeshbhai Patel runs Umiya Developer. The office is tucked away at Nandanvan B/28, which is inside Aradhana Society. If you are coming down Kabir Road, you look for Vibhusha Bungalow and we are quite close to that. It’s a quiet spot most days, away from the main road noise. We’ve been here for a long time. People in the society know us well. It’s not like those big offices in the high-rises. It’s a grounded place. We handle all the Umiya Developer business right from here. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello while we are working. Kabir Road has changed a lot over the years, but our corner in Aradhana Society stays pretty much the same. It’s a comfortable space to get work done. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. It is just a practical workspace for Sarojben and the rest of the team. If you are looking for us, just enter the society and find B/28. It might take a minute if it’s your first time, but once you see the Vibhusha Bungalow landmark, you are almost there. We appreciate the peace and quiet here. It lets us focus on the tasks at hand without too many distractions. There is no need for a big corporate office when this works just fine.
