Nilkanth Developers

The office for Nilkanth Developers is at Plot No. 12/a, which is basically 14 too. We're right near the Ghuma Brts Bus Stand, so there's always the sound of buses pulling in and out. It’s a busy corner of the world. Nilkanth Developers isn’t really a name we shout from the rooftops. We just show up at Dev94 and start our day. Some mornings the tea stall nearby is the only thing keeping us going. We’ve got stacks of files that never seem to get smaller. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or trying to figure out why the cement delivery is late again. It's not a glamorous life, but it's what we know. The area around the BRTS stand has changed a lot since we first set up here. More shops, more people. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near our building, which is a bit of a pain for everyone. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us trying to make sure the projects move along like they’re supposed to. You’ll usually see us wearing old jeans and carrying rolled-up maps. If the door is open, it means we’re inside dealing with some paperwork or another. It's just how we run things here, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar that make up our daily routine. It is a long day usually.
