Vatsal Buildcon.

This Vatsal Buildcon office is over at Plot No 4b-4c in Dev 94. We’re right near the Dev Exotica Apartment and just opposite Ghuma Lake. It’s actually a really nice spot to be, especially in the evenings when the air coming off the lake is a bit cooler. We’ve been here for a bit now and we really like the location. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some chairs, some old desks, and a lot of filing cabinets that probably need cleaning out. We aren't big on appearances; we just want a place where we can sit down and get things organized. Running a business like this takes a lot of time, and there’s always something that needs attention. Whether it’s a delivery that’s late or a permit that needs signing, we’re usually kept on our toes. We don’t have any big mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to do our jobs well and be able to go home feeling like we did a decent day's work. Most of the people who come to see us are from the neighborhood. It’s nice to work with people you recognize from the store or the park. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We're just a local business trying to make things work in our corner of the city. We like it here and plan to stay.
