Shivay Buildcon.

Shivay Buildcon is located over in Punit Nagar, right at the crossing road. If you know the area, we are opposite Pushp Residency and quite close to Yash Tenaments. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We’ve been running things from here for some time now. Our office is where all the planning happens before we head out to the actual building sites. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything—materials, labor, permits, and all that. We aren't interested in being a big, polished corporation. We are more comfortable in our work clothes talking to the guys on the ground. The neighborhood around Punit Nagar has seen a lot of changes, and we’ve been a part of some of that. It’s a good feeling to see a project go from just lines on a paper to a real structure. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just show up every morning and try to get the work done. Some days are stressful when things don't go to plan, but we just take a breath and find a way through it. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby in one of the residencies. We are just a local team doing what we can in the construction business. We stay pretty busy most of the time here and just try to finish the projects we start.
