B K Construction Co. ( Sole Proprietor- Bhisham J Ramani

I’m Bhisham J Ramani, and I run B K Construction Co. on my own. It’s a sole proprietorship, which mostly means I’m the one answering the phone and checking the sites. My office is located near Nagar Sheth No Vando. It’s an old part of the area, and it has a lot of character, even if the lanes are a bit narrow. I’ve been working in construction for quite some time now. Most days, I’m out of the office more than I’m in it. I like being on-site, seeing how the walls go up and making sure the materials arrive when they are supposed to. When I am back at the desk near Nagar Sheth No Vando, I’m usually catching up on bills or looking at blueprints. The office isn't much to look at, just a table, some chairs, and a lot of folders stacked against the wall. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so I usually keep the fan on high. People around here know me by name. I don't really bother with big advertisements or fancy brochures. I think if you do a decent job, people talk. That’s how I’ve kept things going for years. It’s just me and a couple of guys helping out when needed. We deal with the day-to-day grind of building things and fixing problems as they come up. It's honest work, and it keeps me busy from morning till late.
