Shivya Buildcon Llp is based over in the Ranna Park area. We’ve been set up here for some time. It’s a decent neighborhood to work out of. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or dealing with suppliers who come and go. It’s not always glamorous work. There’s a lot of dust and noise when things are moving fast. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a simple office where we can sit down and look at plans. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three deliveries arrive at once. That’s just life in construction. We try to stay organized but sometimes a drawing gets misplaced or a phone call gets missed. We always catch up though. The guys on the team have been around for a while. We know the local streets well. Ranna Park is a good central spot for us to reach different parts of the city. We don't spend much on advertising. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or heard from a neighbor. We just try to build things that stay standing and keep the rain out. It’s practical work for practical people. Usually, there's tea going and someone is talking about the next phase of a project. We keep it simple and just do what needs doing every day. It’s a busy life but we enjoy it.
