Sun Real Estate Corporation is right by the Janata Nagar Railway Crossing. If you’ve ever waited for the gates to open there, you’ve probably seen us. It’s a noisy spot because of the trains, but you get used to the sound after a while. We spend our days dealing with all sorts of property matters. It’s a lot of paperwork, checking titles, and talking to people about what they’re looking for. The office isn’t much to look at, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us because they know the area or they’ve seen our name near the crossing. We just try to be helpful and give people the facts as they are. Real estate can be a headache with all the rules and changes, so we just take it one day at a time. We drink a lot of chai and spend a good chunk of the afternoon just catching up on messages. It’s a bit of a localized business, and we like it that way. Being near the railway means we see a lot of different people passing through. We’ve been in this spot for years and don’t really plan on moving. It’s a practical location for what we do, even with the train horns blowing every so often throughout the day. It’s just our little corner of the world.
