We go by Shine Developers. and you can find us in the Mouje Chenpur, area. It’s a place that still feels a bit like the old ways, even as things around us start to grow and change. We set up here because it felt right for the kind of work we do. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a door with our name on it and some rooms where we keep our files and computers. We spend a lot of time talking to local folks and trying to figure out the best way to move our projects forward. There’s a certain pace to life in Chenpur that we’ve come to appreciate. It’s not as fast as the city center, which allows us to be a bit more thorough with what we’re doing. You won’t find any sleek glass walls or modern art here; it’s more about stacks of paper and the sound of people working. We have our tea in the morning and then we just dive into whatever the day brings. It could be permits, it could be talking to contractors, or just checking on the weather. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now and we like being tucked away in Mouje Chenpur, where the air feels a little different than the middle of town. It’s where we feel most at home while we’re getting our work done. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy enough.
