Hindva Builders

Our office for Hindva Builders is tucked inside Umedpark Society. It is much quieter here compared to being on a main highway, which we all appreciate. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we see people walking their dogs or kids playing outside while we are working on our computers. Our setup is pretty modest, just a few rooms converted into an office space. We have some mismatched chairs and a lot of filing cabinets that are overflowing with papers from over the years. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with workers and making sure everyone has what they need for the construction sites. It is a very informal environment. We don't wear suits or anything like that; we just wear whatever is comfortable for a day of work. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, and we take a break to talk to them. It feels more like being part of a community than just being at a job. We make our own tea and usually have some biscuits in a tin on the counter. It is a slow and steady kind of life here, but we manage to get everything done eventually. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees, just a small group of us trying to do our best in this local area. That is basically the whole story of how we run our office every day.
