We've been around Chanakyapuri for a while now. Our office is tucked behind the Om Kareshwar Mahadev Temple, right near Preet Avenue in the Simandhar Sharan building. It’s a quiet spot, mostly residential, which suits us just fine since we build houses anyway. Working as Bhavya Developers means we spend a lot of time on sites, making sure things are actually getting done right. It’s not always pretty, there’s a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just how the work goes. People stop by the office to ask about plots or how the construction is moving along. We try to keep it simple. Usually, someone is around to answer the phone or talk through a floor plan on the table. We know the neighborhood well because we’re here every day. It’s not a big corporate setup with fancy lobbies. It’s just us doing the work, dealing with contractors, and trying to get keys into people's hands without too much fuss. Sometimes things get delayed because of rain or material shortages, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's a small team here. We mostly focus on making sure the foundations are solid and the walls are straight. If you're walking past the temple, you'll see our sign. We've seen this area change a lot over the years, and it's nice to be part of that growth. Nothing too complicated about how we run things, just day-to-day building work.
