Gears & Gears General Stores

We opened Gears & Gears General Stores here in Ahmedabad 380001 quite some time ago. It is just a regular shop where we keep a bit of everything on the shelves. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot, which happens a lot around here. People come in looking for small parts or maybe just some basic things they ran out of at home. We do not have fancy displays or anything like that. It is mostly just stacks of boxes and rows of jars. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty from the street traffic outside, but we try to sweep it when there is a quiet moment. My nephew helps out on the weekends when it gets a little busier. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first name or at least what they usually buy. It is a simple way to make a living, really. You won't find anything too special, just the usual supplies you might need for a repair or the kitchen. The neighborhood has changed over the years with more traffic now, but the shop stays pretty much the same. We just keep the doors open and wait for the next person to come in. There is always something to reorganize or a delivery to check in. It gets loud in this part of Ahmedabad during the afternoons, but you get used to it after a while. That is basically how it goes here.
