Gayatri Rubber Works

Our workshop is over in Rakhial, right across from where the Quality Ice-cream place is on Nagarvel Hanuman Road. Being near the SBI bank makes it easy for people to find us at Plot 34 in Namrata Estate. We’ve been working with rubber here for a long time. It’s a messy job sometimes, but someone has to do it. Gayatri Rubber Works is basically a small team of us who know how to handle the machines and get the parts out. We make all sorts of bits and pieces, mostly for industrial use. The traffic around here in Ahmedabad can be a real headache during the morning rush, but we’re used to it. The shop floor is usually loud and smells like burnt rubber, which isn't for everyone, but we don't mind. We don't spend money on fancy signs or websites. Most of our work comes from people who know us or just walk in because they saw the sign from the road. We keep things pretty basic. If a machine breaks down, we fix it ourselves and keep moving. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the molds. We try to keep things organized, even if the office desk is covered in old invoices and spare washers. We’ve been in this spot for years and the neighbors are all good people too. It’s just a normal day-to-day business. We don't need much more than that.
