Gayatri Products

Gayatri Products is tucked into Door No. 303 inside the Om Complex. It’s right there at the Swastic Char Rasta on C.G. Road, which is one of the busiest parts of Navrangpura you can find. The traffic outside never really stops, and you can hear the horns honking all through the afternoon and into the evening. To get to us, you have to go up into the complex and find our door among all the other small offices. It’s not a huge space, just enough room for the desks and the piles of products we keep on the side. The light comes in through a small window that looks out over the rooftops of the nearby buildings. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing down orders in our notebooks. It gets quite hot in the summer, so the air conditioner is always rattling away in the corner. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the daily tasks to worry about that. People come in and out of the complex all day, but we mostly stick to our room and get the work done. There is a tea stall downstairs where we go when we need a quick break from the paperwork. It’s just an ordinary office life in a very busy part of the city, keeping things moving one day at a time.
