We’re over in Ahmedabad, specifically in the Ranip area at Balol Nagar. Our place is number 55 in the Laxmi Deep Society. We work with plastics, doing the kind of manufacturing that most people don’t think about much until they need it. The workshop is often quite noisy and smells a bit like warm plastic, which is just part of the job. It’s not a corporate headquarters; it’s a place where things actually get made. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Most days we are busy keeping the machines running and checking the quality of what's coming off the line. It's a lot of manual work and staying on top of the orders that come in. Ahmedabad is a big hub for this kind of stuff, and we’re just one small part of it. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just make the products, pack them up, and send them out. If you call us, you’ll probably get me or one of the guys on the floor. Sometimes it's a bit chaotic when we have a big order, but we always manage to get through it. We’ve been at this for a while and we just try to be honest about what we can do and when we can do it. You can reach us on the mobile number if the landline is busy, as we are often moving around the factory floor. It is a bit dusty here but we get things done. We hope to stay here for many more years as the neighborhood continues to change around us.
