We have our setup at Plot No 409/2 in Sector 28 of Gandhinagar. If you know Gandhinagar, you know it’s a lot more planned and quiet than most other cities in India. Sector 28 is a decent area where things move at a steady pace. Our office is a basic space where we handle all the cargo bookings and tracking. There’s no big sign or flashing lights, just a place where we do our work. We spend most of our time dealing with parcels and boxes, and the paperwork that goes along with every single shipment. The Gujarat heat can be pretty intense during the summer, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the day if we can. We don't go in for fancy talk or trying to sound like a massive multinational. We're just a group of people who know how to get a package from one place to another. There’s a lot of checking lists and making sure the addresses are written clearly so nothing goes missing. Sometimes the trucks are late or the weather causes a delay, and we just have to explain that to people as honestly as we can. It’s not a perfect system, but we work at it every day. We’ve been at this location for a while now and the routine suits us just fine.
