Gannon Dunkerley Co Ltd is located up on the top floor of House No-145, in Pocket 5, Sector-2 of Rohini, New Delhi. It is a bit of a climb since we are on the top floor, but you get used to the stairs after a while. Rohini is a huge area, and Sector-2 is a pretty busy spot with lots of houses and small businesses all packed together. We’ve set up our office here because it’s a central enough place for us to manage the work we have going on around the city. The office itself is not very big, but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve got our computers and our maps spread out all over the place. It’s often a bit cluttered with blueprints and site reports, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is lively, and there is always some noise from the street, but that’s just life in Delhi. We don’t really have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a door with our name on it. Most of the time, we are busy talking to suppliers or checking on our workers over the phone. We like being in a residential pocket because it feels a bit more like a community than a cold office park. It works for us, and we’ve been here quite some time now, handling whatever comes our way.
