Ganesh Transmission

We are located over at B. M. Estate, right across from Chetna Industrial Estate on Amraiwadi Road. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their trucks and bikes into the estate. Ganesh Transmission has been in this unit, 1/A2, for a good stretch of time now. The area around Nagarwel Hanuman is always full of movement and noise, which is just how it is in this line of work. Inside the shop, things are usually a bit greasy and there’s always a project or two halfway finished on the floor. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back working on something. The tools are old but they still do what they need to do. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and carry on. We handle the day-to-day tasks as they come. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought it would, but we try to be honest about that when people ask. Most of the people who come to us are other local business owners or mechanics who know the area well. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork unless we really have to. It's more about the physical work and making sure the parts fit right. That’s how we’ve always done it here. We just want to keep the machines turning and stay busy with the work we know how to do.
