Gokul Lifespaces Llp is located right near Tapovan Circle. It’s a pretty well-known landmark around here, so most people don’t have any trouble finding us. The office itself is a practical space where we handle the day-to-day business of development. We aren't into anything too flashy. There’s a lot of paper moving across desks and plenty of talk about sites and materials. We spend a lot of time on our feet, going back and forth between the office and where the actual work is happening. Tapovan Circle is a busy spot, so there’s always traffic and people moving around, which keeps things interesting. We’ve been part of this community for a bit and we like being in the thick of it. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you might be filing papers and the next you’re out looking at a foundation. We don’t have any scripted speeches or polished marketing lines. We just talk to people like normal human beings. If a project is running behind, we say so. If something looks good, we say that too. It’s just about being straight with people and getting the work done as best as we can. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work through the pile of tasks on our desks. It’s just regular life here.
