In Balesariya, which is part of the Banera tehsil in Bhilwara, you will find our setup. Rajasthan is a tough place to work because of the heat, and it really shows on the faces of the crew. We are based out of a small office near the village post office. It’s a practical location for the kind of infrastructure work we do. There isn't much shade around here, so we appreciate the roof over our heads when we are doing the paperwork. We deal with a lot of stone and heavy machinery. The sounds of engines and hammers are pretty common during the day. We aren't here to look pretty or have fancy meetings. We are here to get the projects finished so we can move on to the next one. The locals are good people, and we try to stay out of their way as much as possible while we work. It’s a lot of coordination between the office here and the guys out in the sun. We have to keep track of every bag of cement and every length of rebar. It’s tedious sometimes, but it’s necessary. We don’t have a marketing department writing these words; it’s just us telling you where we are. We work hard, we eat our lunch, and we go home tired. That’s how it is for us every single day in Bhilwara.
