Svasaar Value Builders.

This is our workspace near the primary school. It’s a convenient location for most of the staff, and the commute isn't too bad if you avoid the main roads during the morning rush. We do a lot of our planning here at Svasaar Value Builders. The room is usually filled with the smell of paper and maybe some incense if someone remembered to light it in the morning. We don't have any flashy slogans or a big marketing team. It’s just us, a few computers, and a lot of phone calls to sites. We tend to keep to ourselves and focus on getting the day's tasks finished so we can get home. The furniture is a bit mismatched, mostly stuff we picked up over the years. We have a small kitchenette in the back where we make tea. Sometimes the biscuits are stale, but nobody really complains. It’s just a normal office where people work hard. We deal with building stuff, which means there’s a lot of coordination involved. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage to get through it. The local area is quite friendly, and we sometimes chat with the parents waiting for their kids after school. It’s a very grounded way to spend the workday. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t, just a bunch of people working in a building by a school.
