We are out at Survey No- 220, right by the Sarkhej-Sanand Cross Road on the S. G. Highway. It is a big open area, and the wind usually blows a lot of dust across the road. We deal with cars and everything that comes along with owning them. Our building is easy to spot from the highway because of the big glass front we have. Most of the time, the guys are out in the back in the service area where the real work happens. There is always the sound of pneumatic tools running and that distinct smell of new tires and engine coolant. It is a busy spot because of the location. We get a lot of people stopping by just because they are driving past and notice a vehicle they like. The showroom floor needs cleaning every few hours because of all the muddy footprints people leave. We have a small office where we handle all the paperwork and sales, but it is usually quite messy with files, brochures, and keys lying around. We don't really do fancy sales speeches; we just show people the cars and tell them the facts. Sometimes the highway traffic is so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard by the customers. We have got a lot of cars parked out front, and moving them around every morning to keep the place looking decent is a bit of a chore. It is a straightforward business. We show up, look after the vehicles, and help out the folks who come in. The sun sets right behind the building, which is the only quiet time we get.
