Gabs Buildcon Llp is situated at 41, Swati Society, which is quite close to the St. Xavier High School Road in Navrangpura. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in a huge glass skyscraper. We’ve got a small crew here, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. Our daily routine involves a lot of coffee and a lot of discussions about logistics. Since we’re in Navrangpura, everything is close by, but the traffic near the school can get pretty crazy in the mornings and afternoons. We mostly focus on residential and commercial building work. Our office is full of rolls of plans and stacks of invoices. We don’t really go in for those corporate missions or anything like that. We just want to make sure the work we do is decent and that we’re not wasting anyone’s time. Sometimes we spend the whole day out at a site and only come back to the office to drop off our gear and lock up. It’s a lot of physical work and a lot of planning. We’re just regular folks who know how to put a building together. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just show up every day and do our jobs in the neighborhood.
