G K Industries

We are based out of G.K. Estate over in Tavdipura, right in the Shahibaug area. It’s an industrial spot, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of machines coming from the neighbors. We’ve been at G K Industries for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it does what we need it to do. It’s mostly just a floor full of equipment and a small corner where we keep the paperwork. We don’t really have a front desk or anyone to greet you; you just kind of walk in and find someone who isn't too busy. Most of the guys here have been working these machines for years, so they know the sounds of when something is going right or when it’s about to break. We do a lot of the heavy lifting ourselves because that’s just the nature of the business. Shahibaug is a busy part of the city, and being in the estate means we’re tucked away from the main road, which is nice. We don’t spend much time worrying about how things look as long as the output is okay and any people coming by don't have complaints. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the turns, but once you’re in, it’s just a standard workshop. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out as they come.
