Our office is in B 15 3 of the Devas Apartments. It is right near the Rajwadu Hotel in the Vasna area of Ahmedabad. Finding us is usually easy because people know the hotel as a landmark. The Guptanagar neighborhood is where we spend our working hours. It is a residential kind of feel, being in an apartment complex. G K Choksi Co is not some huge high-rise operation. We have a few rooms filled with desks and cabinets. Most of our day is spent looking at ledger books or typing things into the computer. The sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon, so we keep the blinds down. It’s a quiet enough place to focus. We don't have a big reception desk or a bunch of assistants. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will help you out with whatever you need. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea when the day gets long. It’s a standard workspace for people who just want to get their chores done. We have been in this part of Ahmedabad for a while now and we like the local vibe. It feels more like a community than a business district. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes across the desk. It is a simple life and we enjoy the people we meet along the way.
