Shree Ambika Cold Storege is over on Vahelal Road, near the Zak G. I. D. C area. You can find us at Plot No. 261. The first thing you notice when you step inside is the cold. It’s a big change from the heat outside on the road. We spend a lot of our time making sure the compressors are running and the temperature stays exactly where it needs to be. It’s a lot of responsibility because people trust us with their goods. We have big heavy doors that we have to make sure are shut tight. If there’s a power cut, things get a bit stressful, but we have our ways of handling it. The yard outside is often full of crates and empty pallets. We try to keep things organized, but on a busy day, it looks a bit chaotic. Our staff knows how to handle the forklift and move things quickly so the cold air doesn't escape. We aren't a high-tech corporate office. It’s mostly just cold rooms and a small office where we keep the logs. We’ve been at this location on Vahelal Road for a while, and people know they can find us here. It’s a practical business that requires us to be here at all hours.
