Friend & Co. is on the second floor of the DDA local shopping complex. It’s at Plot No.2, right near that Sant DDA Local 166-A spot in Shankar Estate. The stairs are a bit narrow, so if you’re coming up to see us in C.T.M., just watch your step. We’ve been here for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a bunch of desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It gets pretty busy around here during the middle of the day when the sun is hitting the windows. You can hear the traffic from the street outside pretty clearly through the glass. Some of us have worked here long enough that we don't even notice the noise anymore. We usually grab lunch from the small stalls downstairs. There’s a tea guy right around the corner who makes decent chai. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven’t really gotten around to it yet. We mostly focus on getting the daily paperwork done and keeping things moving. It’s just how it is in this part of town. People come in and out, and the phone rings more than you’d think. It's a regular place with regular people trying to stay organized. We try to keep the fans running since it gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but otherwise, it's a quiet enough place to get things handled without much fuss.
