We are located at 22/2, Piyush Nagar Society, right near the Neerali Flats in the Vejalpur area of Ahmedabad. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the main city center, which is nice for an office. Freight Connection India Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good while now. Our space is just a few rooms where we keep our files and handle the transport bookings. Ahmedabad can get incredibly hot in the summer, so we spend most of our time inside under the fans. The work we do is mostly about managing freight and making sure everything is moving along the right routes. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for years, so we all know what needs to be done without much talking. We don't go in for big advertisements or fancy business language. Most people find out about us from others in the industry or from just being in the neighborhood. It’s a very practical, hands-on business. Sometimes things go wrong, like a driver getting lost or a shipment being delayed at a warehouse, and we just have to figure out a solution. It’s not always smooth, but that’s just how logistics is. We enjoy being in Vejalpur because it’s a friendly community and easy to get to. We’re just local people doing our bit to keep things moving as they should be.
