Fijitsu Instruments

Fijitsu Instruments is down at G-4 in the Kalapi Complex. We are right across from the Danilimada Police Chowky at the main cross roads. It’s a very busy intersection, so there’s always a lot of honking and people moving around. We deal with various measuring instruments and tools. The shop isn't huge, but we’ve managed to fit a lot of inventory on the shelves. Most of our customers are from the nearby workshops or students looking for specific gauges. I’ve been working here for a few years now. We open up early and stay until the traffic dies down a bit in the evening. The Kalapi Complex is an old building, but it’s sturdy. We don't really have a website or do any online selling. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign from the road or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a lot of manual work, checking the items before they go out and writing receipts by hand. We have a small fan in the corner that helps with the heat, but mostly we just get used to it. Dealing with instruments requires a bit of patience because people have a lot of questions about how they work. We just try to be helpful and give them what they need. It’s a simple life running a shop in Danilimda. Sometimes when it rains, the water splashes up near the entrance, so we have to move the display cases back a little bit to keep them dry. We just keep the records on a ledger and do our daily tasks.
