Ferro Sunrise Trading Co Llp is based out of Ankik Tower on the S.G. Highway in Ahmedabad. We are up on the 10th floor, in suite 1001, right near Parshwa Tower. Being on the highway means we’re right in the thick of things. You can see the traffic stretching out for miles from up here. We spend our days trading, which mostly involves being on the phone and watching the markets. It’s a lot of talking to suppliers and trying to find the best way to get things moved. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and notes everywhere. We aren't the type of people who keep everything perfectly tidy; we’re too busy for that. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where most of our planning happens. The building is quite modern, but our actual office feels more like a workshop because of how we work. We’ve got people who have been with us for years, so we all know how the others work. We don't have any of those corporate handbooks or long meetings. We just talk across the desks and figure things out as they come up. Ahmedabad is a great city for trading, and being on the S.G. Highway makes it easy to meet people. We just keep our heads down and try to keep the business moving forward every day, one task at a time.
