We are set up at Plot No. 106 in Ai Habib Greens. If you know where the New Kashiram Textile is, we are right near there, behind the Evergreen Hotel in Narol. It’s an industrial sort of area with a lot of trucks moving around. We work on different art pieces and textiles. The workshop isn't very pretty to look at. It has concrete floors and a lot of tables for the work. We spend our time getting the designs onto the cloth. It’s a bit of a messy process with the paints and the tools we use. Most of the staff here have been with us for a long time. We don't have a big front office with a receptionist. Usually, someone just yells from the back if a visitor comes in. Narol is a busy place, and there’s always something going on next door. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to finish. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear old clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work. We don't put out ads or anything like that. Word just gets around that we are behind the hotel. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall knows exactly what we want. It’s a simple life and we just do the work we get.
