Essar Construction (I) Ltd. is based in Jaska, which is part of the Vadnagar taluka in the Mehsana district. We’re specifically located in the Brahmani Nagar Society. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the big cities like Ahmedabad or Surat, and we like it that way. Most of our work happens right here in the local area or in the nearby villages. We’re a construction outfit that handles the basic, essential building work that people need. Whether it’s a small wall or a larger foundation, we’ve probably done it before. We’ve been living and working in this part of Gujarat for most of our lives. You’ll usually see our trucks parked outside the society early in the morning before we head out to a site. We aren't the type of company that has a big marketing department. We just rely on our hands and our experience. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to finish a pour before the sun goes down. The dust and the heat are just things we’ve grown used to over the years. We just want to get through our list of tasks for the week and make sure everything is sturdy. It’s a simple life, focused on doing the work properly and being ready for the next job that comes along. It's what keeps the lights on.
