Essar Construction (I) Ltd.

Our base for Essar Construction (I) Ltd. is over at 22/A in the Pavitranagar Society. Ahmedabad is a big, loud city, but our corner is usually okay. We’ve been at this address for a long time. It’s a bit of a mix here, half office and half storage for our gear. We don't have a big sign or anything like that. People in the neighborhood just know us as the guys who do the building work. Most of our days start with a cup of tea while we figure out which site needs us most. Traffic in Gujarat can be a headache, so we try to leave early to beat the rush. We do construction work, plain and simple. Some days we are fixing a roof, other days we are working on a bigger project across town. It gets pretty sweaty in the afternoons, but that is part of the job. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of people. It’s just a few of us trying to do a decent job for folks around here. We’ve got our tools, a couple of vehicles, and we just keep moving. Sometimes things go slow because materials are late, but we try to keep things moving. We live nearby too, so we see our neighbors every day. It’s a steady life and it's what we know. We just work hard and try to stay busy every single day.
