Essar Construction (I) Ltd

We are Essar Construction (I) Ltd and we work out of Flat No. 301 in the Pramukh Nandan Apartment building. It is right in Sector 22 over here in Gandhinagar, specifically in the Vastu Nirman Society area. We've been at this spot for a while now. Most days you’ll find us handling paperwork or talking to people about their building needs right from this office. It’s not a huge setup, just a regular apartment space where we manage everything. Living and working in Gujarat means we understand how things move around here. The plot number is 609 if you are looking for us on the map. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 22 gets a bit much, but it’s a good central spot. We handle different construction tasks and keep our tools and plans organized here. It is just a handful of us making sure the jobs get done. We don't really go for fancy decorations in the office because we are usually out on-site or busy on the phones. People from around the neighborhood know where we are. If you’re coming by, look for the Vastu Nirman sign. We try to keep things simple and honest. Being local helps because we know the suppliers and the way the weather affects the work. It’s a straightforward business and we just take it one project at a time. The apartment is comfortable enough for our meetings and we keep our records there too. That's pretty much who we are.
