Esemplast

We are Esemplast, located at 77 / 10, Phase-I in the G.I.D.C. Ind. Estate at Vatva. We’re pretty easy to find since we are near the Kalupur Bank. The industrial estate is a world of its own, full of smoke, noise, and people working hard. Our shed is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own over the years. We work with plastics, mostly injection molding and stuff like that. The machines have a constant rhythm that you eventually stop hearing. It’s a dirty job sometimes, with oil and plastic scraps on the floor, but it’s what we know. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just take orders and try to finish them before the deadline. Sometimes power cuts in Vatva slow us down, and we have to scramble to catch up. That’s just life in the GIDC. Our neighbors are other small factories, and we all help each other out when a tool breaks or we need an extra hand. We’ve been here through the ups and downs of the economy. We don’t have any grand plans to take over the industry; we just want to keep our machines running and our staff paid. It’s a practical, everyday sort of business. If you’re ever in Vatva Phase-I, you’ll likely see us there, working away.
