Emperor Group

Emperor Group is located at House No. 56 in the Satellite area. We are quite close to Dhananjay Tower, which is a good reference point if you’re looking for us. The office is inside an old house, so it feels more like a home than a regular workplace, which is something we actually like. There’s a kitchen in the back where someone is usually making tea or warming up lunch. We work on a variety of things, mostly related to property and development, but it’s all handled in a very low-key way. There are no suits or ties here; we just show up and get through the paperwork. The Satellite area has grown so much since we first moved into House No. 56, and it’s been interesting to watch all the new buildings go up around Dhananjay Tower. We spend a lot of time talking to local owners and trying to figure out where the next project might be. Sometimes the office is quiet, and you can just hear the birds outside, but other times it’s a mess of loud phone calls and people coming in and out with questions. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do our work, keep our files organized as well as we can, and try to make sure we don’t lose track of any important documents in the shuffle of a busy week.
